  • Authentic Mexican street food: burritos, tacos, nachos, quesadillas and bowls. Everything is made to order with slow-cooked meats, scratch-made salsas and bold flavour.

  • Yes. We offer vegan, vegetarian, gluten-free, dairy-free and halal options. Around 20% of our menu is plant-based.

  • We run two trucks — one in Shropshire and one in Devon. We cover both regions and travel further for the right event (mileage fee applies).

  • Each truck needs roughly 6.5m x 2.5m. They’re bright-orange American-style taco trucks — big, bold and easy to spot.

  • Festivals, weddings, parties, corporate events, markets and community events. We handle everything from small private bookings to high-volume festival service.

  • Yes. We’re built for high-volume service and used to handling long queues. Recent events include Shrewsbury Folk Festival, Shrewsbury Food Festival, Ludlow Food Festival, Loop Fest and Dine & Devour.
